HINE has chosen not to produce any VS quality and to produce only cognacs of vsop brandy quality and above.

vsop brandy means Very Special Old Pale.

The expertise of our Cellar Master, honed by the experience of many Vintages, is deployed in the production of all our blends.
Its is shown to advantage there, as in the vintages.

Rare is a fine Champagne cognac, which means a blend of Grande and Petite Champagne, with at least 50% coming from the Grande Champagne.
This, a blend of more than 25 cognacs, the youngest of which has aged over 6 years in our cellars, is considered to be the "classic" HINE.
