Visual aspect: superb, with lovely orangey tints.
Nose: it exudes aromas of spices, honeysuckle and orange.
Palate: powerful and stylish, on a flavor of sweet spices, with tremendous elegance.
Match with food: Tatin tart.
Comments: a superb Fine Champagne for experienced wine and spirits enthusiasts.

Serge DUB (MSM), Isa BAL (MSE)

Visual aspects: a superb, gleaming, amber hue, with mahogany tints.
Nose: very fine and floral, elegant, on aromas of honeysuckle and orange, with a toasted hint.
Palate: powerful, full-bodied and supple, with a flavour of citrus and Virginia tobacco.
Match with food: enjoy it without food accompaniment to savour its pleasure to the full.
Comments: lots of charm, delicacy and intense pleasure.

Philippe Faure-Brac (MSM)

Visual aspects: beautiful with amber-coloured tints.
Nose: fragrances of honeysuckle, spices and scents of roasting and Virginia tobacco.
Palate: delicate and powerful, with flavours that evoke aromas.
Match with food: enjoy it with a cigar sitting by a warm fire in the hearth.
Comments: a great deal of fullness and delicacy.

Hine Antique XO Premier Cru

Visual aspects: a beautifully vivid amber mahogany hue.
Nose: very fine and floral, with scents of tobacco, candied orange, Mirabelle plum and apricot stone.
Palate: powerful, rich and delicate. A flavor of prune on the finish.
Match with food: with a cigar and without food accompaniment to savour its pleasure to the full.
Comments: a super Grande Champagne.

Philippe Faure-Brac (MSM)

Visual aspects: radiant, with lovely orangey tinges.
Nose: elegant and delicate on aromas of dried fruit, candied orange, mirabelle plum and apricot.
Palate: powerful, exceptional.
Match with food: Sainto Domingo cigar.
Comments: excellent Grande Champagne.

Visual aspects: a gleaming amber hue with really lovely tints. Nose: superb, with floral fragrances and scents of Virginia tobacco and grey pepper after swirling, and a hint of dried fruit. Palate: very delicate, elegant, full-bodied and rich, revealing a flavor of prune on the finish. Match with food: enjoy it with a cigar sitting by a warm fire in the hearth. Comments: an extraordinary Grande Champagne.

Philippe Faure-Brac (MSM)

Visual aspects: a colour of old gold and topaz.
Nose: complex aromas of flowers, fruit, spices, Iris, mirabelle plums, apricot, tropical fruit, mango, fruit jelly and caramel, with maturation hints and a touch of vanilla.
Palate: lots of fruit flavours, marvelous balance, delicious and very complex; extremely well-made and great length of flavours.
Match with food: fondant chocolate cake; cigar.
Comments: magical, a tremendous success!

Gérard BASSET (MSM 2010)

Visual aspects: a golden hue.
Nose: rich aromas of almond, roasted pineapple, tangerine and lavander.
Palate: sweet and pleasantly-melted, with a flavour of caramel on the finish.
Match with food: a Montecristo n°2 cigar.
Comments: refinement and elegance.
